Irish laser-component company Eblana Photonics raised $4.5 m in series B funding. The investment was led by London-based venture-capital firm TLCom Capital Partners and brings the total funds raised by Eblana to $7.75 m. Eblana's existing investors ACT Venture Capital and Enterprise Ireland also participated in the financing.
