Ireland's Eblana Photonics raises $4.5 Million in Second Round

Dublin - Eblana Photonics, a provider of advanced laser products for broadband access communications, said on Tuesday that it has raised $4.5 million in a second round of funding. According to CEO James O'Gorman, the funds will be used to drive sales growth. The round was led by London-based TLCom Capital Partners. Existing investors Dublin-based ACT Venture Capital and Enterprise Ireland also participated in the round, which brings the total funds raised by Eblana to $7.75 million.
